Important Notice: By accessing the fz666 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Introduction

fz666 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user of the platform ("user", "you", or "your") and fz666.

These Terms are written in Bengali and have been prepared specifically for users in Bangladesh. fz666 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To create an account on the fz666 platform and participate in any gaming or betting activity, users must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. The platform's services are available only to those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are 21 years of age or older.
  • You have the legal right to create a valid account.
  • You are using the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
  • All information you have provided is true, accurate, and complete.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If fz666 detects multiple accounts belonging to the same person, the platform reserves the right to immediately close all such accounts and forfeit all earned bonuses.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the fz666 platform:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
  • Nagad — The mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
  • Rocket — The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Transactions through any method other than those listed above will not be accepted.

2.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable to all payment methods)
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (applicable to all payment methods)

Transactions below the specified minimum amounts will not be processed. fz666 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal times may vary depending on the applicable verification process and technical circumstances.

fz666 reserves the right to reject or delay a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

  • Account verification is incomplete.
  • Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • Suspicious activity is detected on the account.
  • The deposit amount has not been successfully confirmed.

2.4 Transaction Responsibility

The user must ensure that the payment account used for transactions belongs to them. Use of a third party's payment account is prohibited. If a transaction is found to be connected to money laundering or fraud, the account will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

fz666 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳32,000 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

This bonus applies to the first deposit only, and each user may take advantage of it once.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. fz666 reserves the right to set percentage contribution rates for specific games or bet types towards wagering requirements.

3.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Abuse of the bonus policy — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to fulfil wagering requirements through systematic betting patterns — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

VIP Program and Cashback Policy

4.1 VIP Tiers

The fz666 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

  • Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

4.2 VIP Tier Terms

VIP tier progression is based on regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. fz666 reserves the right to change VIP benefits, cashback rates, or tier criteria at any time. Cashback benefits are applied automatically to eligible accounts.

Prohibited Activities and Behaviour

5.1 General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the fz666 platform:

  • Fraud, deception, or providing false information.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
  • Exploiting software bugs or system vulnerabilities.
  • Using automated software, bots, or other automated methods.
  • Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
  • Attempting to disrupt the functioning of the platform.
  • Agreements to play on behalf of or in the name of a third party.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

In the event of a breach of these prohibitions, fz666 may take the following actions:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently close the account.
  • Forfeit the account balance.
  • Notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.
  • Take legal action to recover damages.

Intellectual Property and Content Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content on the fz666 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected by fz666's intellectual property rights. Users do not have the right to copy, modify, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes.

6.2 Limited Licence

fz666 grants users a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to use the platform's content for personal and non-commercial purposes. This licence may be revoked at any time.

The relevant game provider is responsible for the performance and outcomes of these games. fz666 is not liable for losses caused by issues within third-party systems.

Account Suspension and Termination

fz666 may temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of the Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Providing false or incomplete information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Being identified as a minor.
  • Direction from law enforcement authorities.

A user may request the closure of their account at any time. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed; however, bonuses may be cancelled if wagering requirements have not been met. Please contact our support team to request account closure.
